Chemical and Pharmaceutical
We supplied an ATEX rated control system containing a Siemens S7 PLC, Endress and Hauser Nivotesters and Pepperl & Fuchs K Series Barriers, a summary of the works found in the attached document.
We also supplied an ATEX rated control system utilising products from Rockwell Automation, this included their ControlLogix PLC, GuardLogix Safety PLC with overall process control and visualisation via their Factory View IPC based SCADA, a summary of the works can be found in the document download below.

We supplied a redundant fibre optic network complete with Distributed I/O from the Rockwell Automation range of products, this included their Stratix Industrial Ethernet Switches, GuardLogix Safety PLC and Point I/O modules, a summary of the works can be found in the document download below.
Energy - Oil & Gas
To overcome the obsolescence of the existing Siemens S5 PLC System and unsupported version of their Intouch SCADA application we migrated the Rail Tanker Loading Facility at LOR/Total Killingholme Site to a Siemens S7 Platform and upgraded the SCADA PC hardware and Application software to their latest version.
Food and Beverage
Following a series of successful Siemens S5 to S7 PLC migrations we were asked to upgrade another obsolete PLC System at the United Biscuits Factory in Harlesden, London. The original system comprised of 2-off Siemens 115U PLC’s c/w Remote I/O which was migrated into a single S7:400 PLC c/w Profibus Remote I/O, the obsolete SCADA application was also replaced with a Siemens Multi-Panel.
